Acro Yoga & Thai Massage Workshop

Join Lo Nathamundi & Shana Criscitiello for this 3-part workshop, which will begin with some community Mandala Yoga to ease into the body and prepare for a more challenging peak of Acro-Yoga, and then wind down with Thai Massage.  Learn fun acro-yoga flows.  Practice trust and build communication skills.  

No experience necessary.  All levels welcome.  Bring yourself, a partner, if you like, and an open mind.   Cost: $33
